This summer is going to be super exciting!
Starting July 14, myself, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, and Brittany Stephen-Wright, certified Personal Trainer Specialist and certified Fitness Instructor Specialist, will be offering this one-of-a-kind program for 6 weeks that will include:
-2 week Green & Clean cleanse (sugar free, dairy free, gluten free diet, with the option of a vegetarian or carnivore menu plan)
-Healthy lifestyle coaching
-Weekly strength training routines
-Fitness assessment and measurements
-Tips & tricks to help you stay on track and achieve your goals
-Private FB group page to ask questions, share recipes, post workout results, etc!
This program is fantastic because it really offers you complete flexibility while still providing you with structure, discipline, incentive, and motivation! The workouts you receive can be done virtually anywhere, anytime and require little to no equipment! Many will also be able to be finished in 15 minutes! A cleanse is a great way to kick-start any weight loss regime, but it also energizes the body and mind while gently detoxifying your system. Once the 2 weeks are done, you will receive new recipes and challenges each week and tips on improving your diet, health and lifestyle!
Sounds awesome, right?! We will meet on the first day and Brittany will lead you through a fitness assessment, do your measurements, you can sign forms, make payment, and it will give everyone a chance to meet Brittany and I and ask questions.
