Vegan Chocolate Brownies – OhhYeaahh

We just finished up our 10 day Spring Into Spring Cleanse and halfway through we needed something to satisfy those sugar cravings. The solution? Vegan. Chocolate. Brownies. Oh Yes!
All you need is:
1/4 cup vegan protein (use chocolate if you want a richer taste)
1/2cup walnuts
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 packet stevia
1 banana
1tsp vanilla extract
Carob chips
Coconut (optional but so worth it)
Throw everything into a food processor, blend it up, then scoop into greased muffin tins. Bake at 200F for about 15 minutes, then let cool before taking them out of the tin. This recipe only makes 6 so I highly recommend doubling the recipe.
