What better way then to spend your day off cooking up a storm?!
Well, I was surfing my favorite past time (pinterest!) and came across these Peanut butter no-bake protein balls. I had all of the ingredients so why not!
1/3 cup Natural Peanut butter
2 tbsp honey (or to taste)
1 scoop Protein powder (whey or vegan) I recommend either a vanilla or chocolate flavour
3 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp chocolate chips
Mix everything together in a med. bowl, roll into small balls and refrigerate for several hours. Voila!! If you want extra protein, roll them in some chopped walnuts. Makes about 10 small bite size protein balls.
