Breakfast Cookies

Want something quick to grab in the morning? These cookies, which are dairy, gluten, and egg free, literally took me 20 minutes from mixing together to in my tummy.

Ready?
2 large old bananas
1 cup GF rolled oats
Handful of coconut
Handful of carob chips
Handful of nuts of your choice

Mix and mash together, bake at 350 for 15 minutes and that’s it!
