Chocolate Chia Pudding

Chia seeds are one of the most nutritious super foods in the world! They are an excellent source of fibre, protein, , omega 3 fats, antioxidants, and vitamins and minerals. adding just 2 tbsp of chia seeds to your diet on a daily basis will provide you with 7g of fibre, 4g of protein, 205mg of calcium, and 5g of omega 3 fatty acids!
They not only fill you up, but provide you with a boost of energy that will sustain you for hours.

Here’s a delicious recipe for chocolate pudding made with chia seeds.

1 cup chocolate almond milk
3 tbsp chia seeds
Dash of cinnamon
Splash of vanilla
Pinch of cayenne
Coconut for garnish

Mix together in a bowl and refrigerate for 45 minutes-an hour.
