Not quite sure what a cleanse or detox involves? Each one varies depending on the person doing the cleanse and how it’s formulated.
SPRING CLEANSING CHALLENGE
In order to eat clean for 10 days, you need to be prepared. Clean out your cupboards! You’ll receive a food list of food you can and cannot eat while on the cleanse. Things to avoid are cow’s milk and cheese, beef, pork, and lamb, refined sugar, processed food, wheat and gluten. You’ll get a 10 day menu plan that suggests what to eat, so it takes all the guess work out of it for you. Recipes, so you know how to prepare these foods so they are still appetizing, lots of handouts and information sheets, and maybe a treat or two!
Once you’ve completed the cleanse you may see improvements in your mood, skin, digestion, energy, weight, cognitive function, and overall well being.
