Spring Cleanse

After 10 days, I’m finally done of my spring cleanse, and how do I feel? AMAZING! I feel clear headed, more energetic, good moods, and my skin hasn’t looked this good in weeks. All thanks to the benefits of good, clean eating. I avoided dairy, red meat, gluten, and sugar, and you know what, I didn’t miss it at all! The best part was I could still eat out and enjoy food without ruining my hard work.
