Looking to Increase Your Metabolism?

Are you having trouble losing weight, feeling tired, and sluggish and just want to boost your metabolism a bit? Instead of taking diet pills why not try to go with a long term solution.
Try these suggestions for a couple months and see how you feel.

Increase lean muscle mass – do some weight training, walking, biking, yoga, swimming. 3-5xweek for 30-45 min.
Eat smaller, frequent meals – by eating 6 smaller meals a day, you can kick start your metabolism, have more energy, and balance blood glucose levels.
Smaller portion sizes – if you’re sitting in an office all day there is no need for you to go home and gorge on a huge 10 oz. steak for dinner. Your plate should be divided into 3 parts: 1/2 vegetables, 1/4 (about a cup) of whole grain, 1/4 (about the size of the palm of your hand) protein, and a tbsp of good fats.
Drink lots of water – make sure you get 6-8 glasses per day.
Don’t skip meals – especially breakfast. When we skip meals, our body then stores fat for a later use. Plus, you’re just depriving your body of important nutrients.
Try decaf green tea – green tea is a natural metabolism booster and is full of antioxidants.

Have you tried every diet and still looking to lose weight? Try an 8 week weight loss challenge with me and you won’t go back to fad diets again.
