My name is Hannah Pidgeon and I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. I am also an avid food lover and health nut at heart! My goal is to inspire you to achieve health and happiness through a loving relationship with food. Stop counting calories and put the enjoyment back into your everyday diet!
Dealing with my own health issues and concerns from a very young age has allowed me to explore the different systems in the body and experiment with different approaches on how to better these ailments. I’ll be the first to tell you that health (and disease for that matter) just doesn’t happen overnight. It takes years for your body to get into a state of dis-ease, it’s going to take time and effort to regain your health!
When something in the body is off balance, it can create an imbalance in many other places. Because all of our systems work in sync with each other, we need to focus on supporting each system as best as we can.
A Holistic Nutritionist treats a person as a whole, as opposed to simply treating the symptoms of a disease. We are all unique individuals, who have different needs, that’s why a “one size fits all” diet does not work for everyone. I’ll work with your specific body needs to help you get to the root cause of your health concerns so you look and feel your best (inside and out.)
